Fun with measurement!!

During the first week  after our PTM we commenced our unit of work on measurement. Since it was a nice day, we decided to use the basketball court and our school bus to explore the concept of length. This lesson was about estimating and measuring using a metre stick.

We found out that the bus is 7 mts and 75 cms long.

Our ground is 52.5 metres long

                                  We enjoyed measuring the corridor outside our classroom
